[Safari]->[Preferences]->[Advanced] Check[Show Develop menu in menu bar]. From the Develop menu at the top, select Empty Cache.

Check[Cache] and click [Delete].

Check [Offline web site data] and click [Clear Now].

About Hard Reload

Normal reloading of web pages uses the browser’s cache depending on the conditions set on the server side, so changes may not be reflected.

Hard reload is useful when normal reloading does not update the information because it ignores the cache and always retrieves new information from the server.
